Tariffs

Tariffs (in euros) for holiday apartments are calculated per day/apartment without board; for rooms per day/person with breakfast (incl. VAT).   

Tourist Tax

Not included in the tariff are the tourist tax (€ 2,50 per person/day) as well as the final cleaning of the apartments (€ 60,--).

Pets

If you bring your dog with you, please note that it is not allowed to keep the dog on its own in the apartment/room. In addition, we charge a dog fee of € 10,-- per day/dog (no food).The final cleaning increases to €100,--.

Deposit Payment

For the reservation of holiday apartments a deposit payment is required. We will let you know the amount of the deposit as well as our banking details in our reservation confirmation message.

Payment

We accept payments in cash, by cash card (Maestro), Mastercard and Visa.   

In case of a later arrival or an earlier departure, the booked numer of days will be charged. 

Cancellation

If a booking will be done the "2006 General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry" will apply: https://www.wko.at/branchen/tourismus-freizeitwirtschaft/hotellerie/AGBH_englisch.pdf (Terms of cancellations see § 5). 

According to § 18 paragraph 1, 10 FAGG (Fern- und Auswärts-geschäfte-Gesetz) there is no 14-day right of withdrawal!
